  1. No Refunds or Exchanges: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom pin orders. Each pin is meticulously designed to your unique preferences, making it challenging for us to resell the product to another customer.
  2. All Sales Final: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except for cases of product defects or shipping errors.

  3. Exceptions for Damaged Items: We understand that accidents can happen during transit. In the unfortunate event that your custom pin arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at pinnedup77@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the situation promptly and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include issuing a replacement or providing a refund.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect their purchases thoroughly upon receipt. Any issues with the product must be reported to us within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
