I worked retail for 10 years and often find myself extremely disappointed in customer service. With everything online now it’s hard to know what you’re getting. I messaged Pindnedup77 on Instagram and ask them if they were able to do buttons for my brother’s funeral. They assured me that they could get them done in time and they would make them amazing. I felt confident in my order. Needless to say the pins showed up today and look so sick!! My brother would be so hyped on them!
